Following the aftermath of a devastating firebombing, Tampia City has been left in ruin. The remaining survivors have indiscriminately been placed into harsh internment camps called "blocks". Block C-3 is often regarded as the most cruel.

You are in block C-3. Your friend is dying of gangrene. The only way to perform life saving surgery is to administer morphine, which can only be obtained by trading with the head guard.

Wander around the block and trade items with fellow prisoners to work your way up to a vial of morphine.

Et in Arcadia Ego provides a short, atmospheric, narrative experience that uses the backdrop of a war to explore themes of human suffering and the fragility of our everyday lives.
